Dr. Candice Poon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences and Oncology at the University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Her clinical practice focuses on Surgical Neuro-Oncology and the treatment of various conditions including gliomas, brain metastases, meningiomas, and other tumors involving the brain. She also participates in General Neurosurgery call where she treats cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) disorders and neurosurgical trauma.

Dr. Poon’s research investigates the interplay between brain tumors, the immune system, and CSF pathways.
